From the time that I was a little girl, I have always been drawn to the arts...always gravitating to the crayolas and paint instead of to cleats and soccer balls. Creativity and an artful 'eye' has always been the foundation of who I am...the core root of what God intended me to be. However, when the time came in my life to make career decisions, practicality and reason got the best of me and I chose to enter the profession of nursing. Though I have some fancy degrees and certifications in that field, it is not what I am about. A medical career has been very good to me for a variety of reasons, but I truly believe that God has far bigger plans for me...bigger than I dare to imagine. I have continually been told throughout my life that I have many artful talents, a "Jill of all trades", but have never been entirely convinced of the idea of blending business with personal passion. I have been programmed to believe in solidarity and securing a future. However, little by little, practicality has begun to tug at my soul, gently prompting me to dig deep and take a risk with the mediums of life that actually feed my creative hunger. And so is the birth of this business...a life-long dream in the making. I really can not tell you the last time that I have felt so professionally alive.

My natural light photography is one that specializes in creative, candid portraits that capture the individual beauty of your life. I shoot with a photojournalism style that documents you enjoying life...I am essentially 'at play' with you. I strive to portray creative images that are as unique as you. The business is young and has room for generous growth. I look forward to documenting your life and meeting your photography needs...whether they are recording timeless images of your children, documenting the love of a family or couple, telling the story of your pregnancy or birth experience, sharing in the intimacy of your last days of life or celebrating a special party with you.
